Information we collect
We collect only what you provide directly, plus limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site.
- Contact details you submit — name, work email, company, phone number
- The content of inquiries and any material you paste into our interactive tools
- Email address, where you subscribe to our insights mailing
- Server logs including IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to progress a commercial conversation. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the mailing you subscribed to.
Material submitted to the resume matching and solution advisor tools is processed to generate your result. It is not used to train models.
Third-party processing
Interactive AI features on this site send the text you submit to a third-party model provider for processing. Do not paste confidential client information, credentials, or personal data about others into these tools.
Where an inquiry is routed to a customer relationship or workflow system, that provider processes the data on our behalf under contract.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window.
Your rights
